Onilemo is one of the most vulnerable communities in Nigeria. It was identified in 2022 by a team of Hands at Work leaders who saw that the ruralness and lack of government services made life challenging here. The team connected with Mama Bole, who was already active in her community, visiting people in their homes, praying over them and starting a community school. It was clear that she had a heart to serve. From there, a team of Care Workers formed, led by Mama Bole, and began to serve 50 of the most vulnerable children.
