Although shy and quiet, eight-year-old Claudia loves to play netball and enjoys attending the local community school. Life has certainly changed for the better and at the Care Point, Claudia feels loved and supported, surrounded by children her own age. Claudia and her siblings are comforted by the compassionate care and attention given by the Care Workers, who have enveloped them with their Christ-like example of God’s shining love. - Mpata Community, Malawi

Lisa-Marie* is 11 years old and lives with her mother. Her Care Worker, Gertrude, faithfully visits her and her mother in their home, building relationships with them and supporting them with not only their physical needs but their emotional and spiritual needs as well. Though Lisa-Marie struggles in school and can become discouraged that many of the children in her grade are younger then she is, she enjoys learning and wants to be a teacher when she grows up.

At the beginning of April the Care Workers from the newly established Mpata Community Based Organisation (CBO) started serving fifty of the most vulnerable children. Praise God. Pray for each child to know the love of their Heavenly Father through the Christ-like love that they see from their Care Workers.
