Please pray:

• That God can put to light any misunderstanding and give understanding to the families we left behind.
• That unsolved problems and issues between families can be solved and restored.
• For salvation for our unbelieving family members
• That in no way can we neglect our family
• Pray also for strength and encouragement for many at Hands whose families are far away
• Pray for Busi who just lost her sister in an accident
• And lastly pray for wisdom for us that in all that we do, we may live and act in the will of God.

• That grace and compassion of God can continue to be outworking so that they may show the same compassion.

• Wisdom for Kabwe Service Center as they host a team from Grace Church this July.

• Pray also for Grace’s Church team member Mandi who injured her knee and needs surgery.

• Pray that sickness can be kept away, pray for Moses from Kabwe who has been sick for a few months to get well.

• Pray for strength

• Pray also for unity and team work

• And lastly pray that the work that has been entrusted in their hands can be fully done with joy and willing hearts.

When her husband who had been fully supportive and stood with her through everything passed away, It was great sorrow for all Hands family and even for the whole community in Swaziland, people from all over came because they had known of the fruits of this great man. It helped unite the community and we believe there was a peace that was present during the funeral and even now.

• Changes are needed over the next months for Nomsa ... a new season
• Changes are needed over the next months for Care Workers
• Higher level of care for children
• Relationship between Samantha and Nomsa to be sweet and solid (Samantha joined us this year and was willing to help the work in Swaziland)

• For the world cup soccer, that crime will not increase especially as many homes will be left when people go to watch the games.

• As the roads are crowded, pray that God’s protection can be with those who are travelling all the time.

• Continue to pray also for the human traffic, prostitution and similar crimes that happen at this time.

• Please pray also pray for us, that we continue to focus on the work God has entrusted with us.

• Pray also for our Service Center coordinator for Zimbabwe, Farai, he has been in a car accident and he was reported to have broken his leg and fractured his jaw.

• Pray also for our Service Centers which are active at all times, that our care workers can continue to be filled with joy and zeal.

• Pray also for expansion as we continue to need more skilled people to come and volunteer with us.

Today we pray:

• For the Nigerian celebration starting tomorrow,  that the presence of God can be there

• For the Carpentry team to find contract work on the outside in order to generate more income for the work Hands at Work is doing.

• For two project accountant for the Hands at Work Hub

• For Kelvin, our funds in trust manager, who will be writing his exams on Tuesday next week. He has volunteered with Hands at Work and is partially finishing his studies

• For more people to be added into the family as work is increasing immensely.



• The Nigeria celebration on the 20^th and 21^st of May, which is the last one left

• For wisdom for our leaders who continually make decisions and always seeking His way

• For continual fire to burn through the hearts of all Hands Family around the world

• For growth, new volunteers to come in

• And for God’s anointing on the work of our Hands, the work in the offices as well as in the fields  



• God may continue to strengthen each one who is playing a part in the work

• Keep us healthy as many are working in places that are unhygienic, slums as well as working with many sick people.

• God given wisdom as we expand and go into new areas, direction on which way to go.

• The grace to be full of compassion, love, kindness and patience as we work together

• That the Lord by Himself should Motivate and Encourage ALL our CBO coordinators as we can beginning to notice decline in their Zeal and Enthusiasms  towards the HBC works in their respective communities, actions and results are getting dwindled over the period.

• We are about to enter into 2 new poorest of the poor communities name OWOROSONKI & MAKOKO, please pray that the Lord should prepare and raise faithful care workers Planning and running around for the Conference should be problem free as we meet with service providers the Lord should give us favour

• The Conference should produce divine direction for Nigerian projects and be successful

• We are about to search and engage basic qualified teachers for our schools, we want the Lord to choose for us.

Today on our 40days of prayer calendar, we pray for street children. Thesechildren live under bushes and in dumps and sewage pipes. They may eat mealsout of trash cans. Many people walk by them without seeing them or view themas pests. Ask God to open the community's eyes to help them see the orphansall around them. Ask the Lord to provide food and shelter for the streetchildren (especially for Eric and the Hands street children in DRC)

Other few prayer points we would like you to join us in praying:

. Pray for the Mozambique and Zimbabwean conference starting onThursday

. Pray for all the people travelling to the conference, for easyborder crossing as well as safe journeys for each one.

. Pray also for the Hands family at this time, to be strengthenedand to be encouraged.

. Pray also just for wisdom as we will be making different decisionsand moving into new areas this year

Thank you all for your continual prayers, we praise God for the conferencesthat have been going well so far, and his word that has been full of wisdomand refreshment. Even as we strive to reach a 100,000 children by the end ofthis year, we believe it's by your prayers that we will see the hand of Godand the display of his wonders. For if God is for us, who can stand againstus and who can stand against his plans.
