Hands at Work in Africa requires the services of a Financial Manager to oversee the finances of two organisations.

Responsibility and Key Performance Areas:

• Supervise five staff members
• Books to Trial Balance
• Financial Reporting & Contract Management
• Ensure all expenses are allocated in accordance with budgets of different funders
• Ensure all funders receive their financial reports timely
• Prepare monthly management reports for internal use
• Year-end procedures and annual audit

Skills Requirements:

• B.Com Degree
• 3-5 Years accounting & financial management experience of a large entity
• Computer literate (Excel & Pastel essential; Pastel Payroll experience an advantage)
