Responsibility: As the nine components of the Masoyi Community Intervention Model are continually being implemented at Hands at Work projects across Africa they continue to be advanced and enhanced, especially at the site of Hands at Work’s most developed project, Masoyi Home-Based Care. To properly communicate the model to implementing projects and supporting partners, the rich stores of information kept in Masoyi needs to mined and documented.
Skills: Strong ability to communicate observations and experience in a clear, structured narrative framework. Ability to research: primarily extracting concealed information from a number of sources, including field observations, community worker interviews, and various written documents. Ability to work to deadlines without constant supervision.
