Responsibility: Project managing the development of a contact database with M&E aspects and a project accounting system.  This would involve the specification, testing, training & implementation of the systems.

Skills: A relevant degree or national diploma, computer literate (MS SQL), skills and relevant experience in system specification, testing & training.
