Responsibility: An essential piece of the vision to reach 100,000 by 2010 is our Footprints in Africa one-year internship program. We are currently seeking passionate leader volunteers to guide our Footprints program as part of collaborative team of Hands at Work instructors.

Skills: The ideal candidates would be a couple (as both male and female mentorship is required) with significant cross-cultural experience, preferably including Africa. They would be mature followers of Christ and would have experience in training, perhaps in a YWAM-like environment.

Time Commitment: 2 years
